Installation and first use

A careful first setup.
A clearer working day.

Back up files and database, install the package for your selected platform on a copy of your shop and test its complete workflow before rollout.

Install the supplied Botble edition

  1. Download the verified Botble package attached to your licence. Keep its release notes and a backup.
  2. Use the admin plugin uploader if your Botble installation provides one, or upload the included plugin folder under platform/plugins with your host’s file manager or SFTP.
  3. Activate from Admin → Plugins. Keep Ecommerce and any documented dependencies active. Follow the package’s migration and asset-publishing instructions.
  4. Set staff permissions, connection credentials, scheduled jobs and queue workers required by the product.
  5. Run a small complete test, including errors and recovery, before importing a full catalogue or taking a customer payment.

Menu names depend on your Botble release. Do not uninstall as an update method: uninstalling can remove plugin data.

Operations range: All Operations Core comes first

All Purchasing, All Returns, All Wholesale, All Profit, All Batch and Expiry, All Workflows, All Socials, All Transfer and All Backup share All Operations Core. It is free and included in each product’s download. Install and activate All Operations Core once on each site, then add the operations products you use. Keep it active while any of them is installed.

Install the matching WooCommerce edition

WooCommerce uses a separate native WordPress plugin package. Follow the installation guide included with the verified WooCommerce download. The Botble installation steps and minimum versions do not apply to WordPress.

Install the WooCommerce edition.

WooCommerce editions of the operations range are coming soon. Their planned requirements are shown on each product page.

Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.

  1. Install the separate WooCommerce ZIP, with WooCommerce active, and connect the licence for that product, edition and site. The bundled licence/update runtime does not require the free Support client.
  2. Keep private backups of the database, uploads and original WordPress salts before updates or migration. Protected provider and Support connections are site-bound; a copied site needs a deliberate reconnect.
  3. Signed automatic updates need PHP Sodium and ZIP. Hosting must allow the intended HTTPS licensing/provider requests, and scheduled workflows need working WordPress cron. Account approvals, service charges, hardware and mail delivery are separate.

All Email Templates

  1. Install the WooCommerce ZIP and connect the product licence for this site. Open All Email Templates and create one reusable template.
  2. Add the changing details as placeholders, use Write email and preview the completed message.
  3. Copy the checked message into your normal email tool. Keep personal details out of saved template examples.

All Unsubscribe

  1. Open All Unsubscribe and review categories, template classification and any staff no-email entries before changing optional messages.
  2. Use an owned test customer to check My Account preferences and a genuine signed manage link; opening a link must not itself change the choice.
  3. Send an intended test message through the real site mail path, confirm the expected category/suppression, and review the activity-retention setting.

  2. Scan or find a product, choose quantity and an unused starting position, and review the temporary print preview.
  3. Print one trial sheet and check alignment before a batch. Mark labels printed only after checking the actual result.

All POS

  1. Review WooCommerce currency, tax and product settings. Configure a named station, receipt branding and the payment methods you intend to accept.
  2. Open a genuine operator session and cash register. On a copy of the shop, complete a sale, an interrupted-payment recovery and a refund.
  3. Pair and calibrate each actual device before counter use. Reconcile an uncertain payment before attempting to take it again.

  2. Prepare one local draft with its content, images, component recipe, parcel and price assumptions. Review availability and estimated margin.
  3. Test the intended publish/order/stock/dispatch workflow with the authorised environment before scheduling wider reconciliation. No account approval or live-provider result is supplied by the plugin.

All Amazon

  1. Start in Test mode while preparing real local drafts without Amazon traffic. Configure your own seller/application connection for the correct region and environment.
  2. Choose an ASIN/offer or new-product type, complete attributes and an explicit stock recipe, then review restrictions, pricing and parcel details.
  3. Enable only the schedules you need after testing connection, imports and fulfilment. Review shortages and uncertain tasks before retrying; local cancellation does not cancel an Amazon order.

  2. Map one ordinary product or explicitly configured measured pack and inspect the intended stock and price direction before enabling sync.

All Etsy

  1. Register the displayed callback and connect the intended real shop; verify the actual authorisation, country and currency.
  2. Create a local draft with taxonomy, attributes, images, SKU/variation recipes and shipping/processing profiles. Check costs and requirements.
  3. Under drafts-only testing, send only drafts with both protections enabled. Do not activate, renew, dispatch or publish without a separate deliberate authorisation and the required fee acknowledgement.

All Stock

  1. Prepare consistent barcodes/SKUs, choose add-only, partial or full scope, and start the count before scanning.
  2. Review ambiguous matches and the comparison, then accept only after checking quantities and the required recounts. CSV imports are drafts and must be recounted.
  3. Try one receipt/removal and review its history. Back up before a count rollback or restore; review the reason and scope before changing live stock.

All Weighted Products

  1. Open the native product editor, enable Sell by weight and choose price basis, minimum, increment, starting weight and tare. Configure its actual stock-owning product.
  2. Test fresh weight selection, signed pricing, checkout, payment and cancellation on a copy of the shop; do not change basket quantity independently of its signed weight.
  3. Test money refunds and physical returns separately, then verify stock/history. Pause measured products and finish outstanding work before disabling their owner.
