Review the draft before activation
A product needs more than a title and price. Check the category, who made it, the processing and shipping profiles, images and inventory before activating an Etsy offer. The draft workflow gives you a deliberate review point.
A fixed pack follows the stock behind it
Link a marketplace SKU to the number of units, or grams, taken from its shop product. Availability is calculated from that consumption and your buffer, so staff can inspect the stock behind the offer rather than enter an unrelated quantity.

Connect your Etsy shop
Add your own approved developer application and authorise the shop. Confirm the granted permissions and shop currency.
Prepare and review the listing
Choose a product, match its stock consumption, check category fields and physical or download requirements, and review the price assumptions.
Create a draft, then manage the channel
Create the Etsy draft and review it before activation. Enable stock and order jobs deliberately, then work through activity and order exceptions.

- Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. Choose the edition for your store and check its requirements below.
- PHP 8.2 or later and a compatible Botble installation with Ecommerce active.
- Your own Etsy shop, approved developer application, authorised permissions and eligible products are required.
- Configure the queue worker, scheduled jobs, secure callback URL and any applicable webhook access.
- Etsy fees and seller eligibility are separate. Buyer data and dispatch access depend on the permissions Etsy grants to your application.

Requirements
Native WooCommerce edition.
- Plugin header minimum: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and active WooCommerce (no numeric minimum is declared in this package header).
- Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
- Your own Etsy shop and approved application, exact HTTPS callback, authorised scopes and eligible products are required. No separate Etsy API sandbox is claimed.
- Use transactional InnoDB storage and working WordPress cron. Measured recipes require All Weighted Products; ordinary stock does not require All Stock.
- For draft testing, enable Developer Mode in the real shop and keep local draft protection on. Developer Mode does not waive Etsy fees.
Getting started
- Register the displayed callback and connect the intended real shop; verify the actual authorisation, country and currency.
- Create a local draft with taxonomy, attributes, images, SKU/variation recipes and shipping/processing profiles. Check costs and requirements.
- Under drafts-only testing, send only drafts with both protections enabled. Do not activate, renew, dispatch or publish without a separate deliberate authorisation and the required fee acknowledgement.

No. Draft creation and listing activation are separate states. Review the draft before choosing activation; marketplace charges depend on Etsy’s rules and the actions you take.
Can I issue refunds or buy Etsy shipping labels here?
This release imports supported receipt refund updates. Refund issuance and Etsy shipping-label purchase remain in Etsy.
Can all Etsy order information be imported?
Etsy may redact buyer addresses or restrict email access. Import needs confirmed product mappings and the mandatory order details; incomplete or unsupported receipts are held for review.
Are digital variations supported?
No. Instant-download listings use one SKU and no variations. The supplied workflow supports up to five product files within Etsy’s accepted file limits; made-to-order digital delivery is not included.
