These terms apply together with the product description, licence agreement, support and renewal policies, refund policy and your recorded order choices. Changes apply to new orders; existing contractual rights are preserved.
Your plan
Monthly and yearly plugin subscriptions include the plugin, updates and support for their paid term. They renew at the disclosed frequency unless cancelled. On expiry or cancellation taking effect, the right to use a subscription-only licence ends.
A perpetual licence is a one-off purchase and does not expire. It includes 12 months of product updates and support from purchase. You may continue using versions you were entitled to during cover after it ends. Future updates and technical support need further cover, bought a year at a time. Perpetual does not mean lifetime updates, support or compatibility with changing external services.
All Socials is subscription-only. All Transfer is sold per agreed migration project with the stated rehearsals and 30 days of aftercare; custom work outside that scope is quoted separately. One licence covers one live site in the selected platform edition and its linked staging/development site.
Prices, taxes and checkout
Plan prices are intended to include applicable VAT or sales tax. Purchasing is currently closed. The payment provider, its role and any applicable buyer terms will be identified before purchasing opens. Taxes come out of the displayed tax-inclusive price rather than being added on top. Local currency pricing and the final billing total are shown before authorisation. A billing-country correction or currency change requires the revised total to be reviewed before payment. No payment processing surcharge is added by us. Marketplace subscriptions, external API services, hosting and hardware are separate.
An order remains pending until payment is verified by the provider. A checkout return screen alone does not prove payment. Your order confirmation records your plan, amount, currency, support choice and the policy version accepted.
Launch offer and ongoing price
The launch offer ends at 23:59:59 Europe/London time on 31 December 2026. A monthly or yearly subscription purchased during the offer retains its agreed recurring amount for every uninterrupted renewal until the subscription is cancelled or ends. There is no automatic increase after year one. If you later restart or buy a new subscription, the price then available applies. An interest registration is not a purchase and does not reserve a launch rate.
The standard amount shown alongside a launch amount is the price for new purchases after the offer. It is not an increase scheduled for your uninterrupted launch subscription. A perpetual purchase is paid once; it has no recurring licence renewal.
Updates and support
Monthly and yearly plans include updates and support for their paid term. A perpetual licence includes 12 months of updates and support. After that, updates and support for a perpetual licence are sold one year at a time and can be bought at any time, including before your cover ends; the extra year is added to the end of your current cover. Nothing renews automatically.
The price of an extra year is shown before payment. Buying a perpetual licence during the launch offer does not reserve a future support price.
Supply, cancellation and refunds
Digital licences are not refundable for change of mind. Where a consumer cooling-off right applies, immediate digital supply starts only after an express request and acknowledgement that the right to cancel ends when supply starts; without that consent, delivery is held for the cooling-off period and the right remains. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and continue to the end of the paid period. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or other statutory rights. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered software and services remain subject to the legal remedies available to you. Payments are processed by Stripe, who may process refunds required by their applicable buyer terms or law.
Third-party services and availability
Many of our plugins connect to services we do not own or control, such as marketplaces, payment and shipping providers, accounting, messaging and other platforms, and their programming interfaces (APIs). These services can change how they work, charge for access, restrict it, or withdraw it entirely, at any time and without notice to us.
We work to keep our plugins compatible and will make reasonable efforts to adapt to changes while your updates are active, but we cannot guarantee that any third-party service, or any feature that depends on one, will remain available, unchanged or free of charge. A plugin is sold as software that works with a service as it is offered at the time; it is not a promise of access to that service.
If a third-party service changes, restricts or ends access so that a feature stops working or cannot reasonably be maintained, that is outside our control. It is not a fault in the software, and we are not liable for refunds, credits or losses (including lost sales, fees or business interruption) caused by it. Fees you pay to third parties, and the approvals, accounts and API access those services require, remain your responsibility.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have by law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights where software is faulty or not as described when you buy it, or our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Using the products
Review supported features and requirements before ordering. Keep backups and test updates on staging. You are responsible for your marketplace accounts, permissions and any external service fees. We do not promise that a third-party API, platform, hardware integration or social network will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.
Questions and responsibility
Contact us with your order reference if anything is wrong. We provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing limits liability where the law prohibits it, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The law of England and Wales governs these terms, while consumers retain mandatory protections and court rights available where they live.
