Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plugin plans include updates and support for as long as the plan runs. The displayed price is the complete price: there is no separate support charge.
The launch offer ends at 23:59:59 Europe/London time on 31 December 2026. A monthly or yearly plan bought during the offer keeps its agreed price on every uninterrupted renewal until it is cancelled or ends. There is no automatic increase after year one. If you cancel and later start a new plan, the price then available applies. Registering interest is not a purchase and does not reserve a launch rate.
Perpetual licences
A perpetual licence is a one-off purchase and does not expire. It includes 12 months of updates and support from purchase. When that ends you keep the licence and every version you were entitled to, and you can carry on using it for as long as you like. Perpetual does not mean lifetime updates, support or compatibility with changing external services.
Extending updates and support
After the included year you can extend updates and support one year at a time. Support for a perpetual licence is only sold in 12-month blocks. You do not need to wait for your cover to end: buy early from Support & renewals in your account and the extra year is added to the end of your current cover, so nothing is lost by paying early.
Nothing renews automatically. We never take a support payment unless you choose to buy a year, and you can buy again whenever you like.
If your cover has already ended, a new year starts on the day you pay. Time between the end of cover and your purchase is not back-dated.
Price
The support price for each plugin is shown on its page and in the price table. The standard annual support rate is half the standard yearly plugin subscription price. If you extend several licences in one checkout, the highest-priced extension is charged in full and each additional one is 20% off. Prices include applicable VAT or sales tax.
Without extending
If you do not extend, your perpetual licence stays valid. You simply stop receiving new releases and support after your cover ends. You can extend later at the price then shown.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period. Extending support is a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are covered by our refund policy: no change-of-mind refunds, with your statutory rights unaffected.
