The licence you receive
After a valid purchase, All Programming Ltd grants you a licence to use the selected All Programming plugin on the selected Botble or WooCommerce edition, within the site allowance and term shown in your plan and order. A subscription permits use during its paid term; a perpetual licence permits perpetual use. All Transfer follows the defined migration project scope and aftercare shown in your order.
Your licence is for that plugin and edition. It does not include the other platform edition, other All plugins, third-party accounts or hardware. Every plan receives the product features described for that edition. Last updated 19 October 2026.
How sites are counted
The allowance counts live websites using the plugin at the same time. Each independent live store or separately operated multisite store counts as one live site, whether it uses a domain, subdomain or subdirectory.
One development or staging copy paired with each licensed live website is included without using an extra live-site slot. It must be for development, testing or recovery of that website, rather than a separate trading store.
Moving a site or working for clients
You may move an activation to a replacement website. Remove the plugin activation from the old live site before activating the new one so the simultaneous live-site allowance is respected.
Agencies may use their site allowance for client websites. The licence purchaser remains responsible for the pack, permitted activations and support requests. Giving a client access to their website does not allow the licence key or update account to be shared for unrelated installations.

Perpetual use and included cover
For a perpetual licence, the initial payment includes 12 months of support and access to product updates from the purchase date. You may continue using the purchased version, and versions supplied to you during active cover, after support and updates expire. Subscription use, support and updates apply during the paid term. All Transfer follows the project scope and aftercare shown in your order.
Choosing not to renew does not by itself terminate the licence or disable the installed plugin. New releases and individual support become available again only for a covered period. You can buy a single further year through your account without creating an automatic billing agreement. Keep your downloaded packages and suitable store backups.
Perpetual use does not mean updates or support for ever. Future platform versions, connected APIs and hardware may require a newer supported release.
Protecting licence access and software rights
Keep licence credentials private and do not use them to activate more live sites than purchased. Do not sell, publish or share protected update access or licence credentials, or deliberately bypass activation controls.
Software components retain the rights stated in their own licences. This agreement does not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source licence. Except where another applicable licence or written agreement permits it, the commercial packages and our original assets are not supplied for redistribution or resale.
Refunds and material misuse
A full refund ends the refunded licence and its support/update cover. Remove the refunded plugin and cease using those supplied copies. A statutory price reduction is handled according to the remedy agreed and does not automatically cancel a retained licence.
For material licence misuse, fraudulent payment or unlawful credential sharing, we may restrict access or end the affected licence. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Plan price and optional support
A perpetual licence is a one-off purchase and does not expire. It includes 12 months of product updates and support from purchase. You may continue using versions you were entitled to during cover after it ends. Future updates and technical support need further cover, bought a year at a time. Perpetual does not mean lifetime updates, support or compatibility with changing external services, whose availability we do not control (see our terms). Updates and support after the first year are optional for perpetual licences. They are sold one year at a time, early if you wish, at a price shown before payment, and nothing renews automatically. No separate support charge applies to a monthly or yearly plugin subscription: support and updates are included in that single subscription price. The launch offer ends at 23:59:59 Europe/London time on 31 December 2026. A monthly or yearly subscription purchased during the offer retains its agreed recurring amount for every uninterrupted renewal until the subscription is cancelled or ends. There is no automatic increase after year one. If you later restart or buy a new subscription, the price then available applies. An interest registration is not a purchase and does not reserve a launch rate.
