Who is responsible
All Programming Ltd, company number 16567214, is responsible for personal information used by this website, our plugin sales and our licensing and support services. Our registered office is 4 Hardwick Court, Hartlepool, England, TS27 4FB. Contact contact@allprogramming.support about privacy or your data rights.
This policy was last updated on 20 October 2026. It covers the All Programming storefront and our own licence service. A plugin running in your store and a third-party demo or payment service may process additional information under their own arrangements.
Information used by your account and purchases
When you register, we receive your name, email address and password, and any optional account details you provide. Passwords are stored as a protected hash, rather than readable text. Sign-in, email verification and password-reset records help keep your account secure.
Basket and checkout selections are held in a server session. Your account, orders, billing details, product edition, site allowance, purchase amount, terms and delivery choices, and support or renewal preferences are recorded on our servers so we can fulfil and evidence your purchase.
The payment provider you choose handles payment authorisation. We receive the payment status, amount, transaction reference and relevant billing information. The All Programming storefront does not store your full payment-card number or card security code.
You need to provide the account and transaction information needed to fulfil a purchase. If you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to create the account, take payment or issue the licence. Optional form fields are labelled.
Licensing, updates and support
Our licence service records the purchased plugin and platform, permitted sites, activation and staging-site identifiers, domains, licence status, support and update dates, renewal choices, and release/download history. Licence, activation and update requests can also include platform or plugin versions, request IP addresses and technical environment details needed to validate and troubleshoot the service.
If you submit an enquiry, send an email or request support, we receive your contact details, message, chosen product and any information or attachments you provide. Account support requests are linked to the signed-in customer; a selected licence is checked against that customer's entitlement.
Website and service logs may record request times, IP addresses, browser information and errors for operation and security. Technical diagnostics you choose to provide are used to investigate the problem you report.
Use an order reference when contacting us and redact unnecessary personal information from logs and screenshots. Do not send account passwords, payment-card details or API secrets in an enquiry.
Why we use information
We use the information needed to answer a pre-sale request, create your account, supply the agreed plugin, operate its licence service, provide support and manage your selected renewal. Where applicable, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform that contract.
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable business, keeping the service secure, investigating misuse and resolving correspondence or disputes, taking account of your rights. We use and retain records needed for accounting, tax and other legal requirements under the legal-obligation basis.
A purchase or enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where we ask for a separate consent-based choice, you can withdraw that consent. The All Programming storefront does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Licence checks automatically compare the requested site and release with the purchase and entitlement records. Contact us if an incorrect activation or access restriction needs to be reviewed.
Sharing and connected services
We share information only as needed with the providers supporting hosting, secure storage, email delivery, payment processing and professional accounting or legal services. Authorised staff can access information needed for their work. We do not sell personal information.
Checkout identifies the payment provider you choose. Its privacy notice explains how it handles payment authorisation, fraud checks and its own cookies. A configured form-security service may process browser or request information to prevent automated abuse. Links to external demos and other websites are governed by those services' privacy notices.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer is involved, the applicable protection must be an adequacy arrangement, an approved transfer agreement or another lawful safeguard. Contact contact@allprogramming.support for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your records.
Installing an All Programming plugin on your own store is separate from visiting this website. You remain responsible for the customer information your store processes and for its connections to marketplaces, payment services and other systems.
Retention and account deletion
Sessions and sign-in cookies have limited lifetimes, explained in our Cookies Policy. Account, purchase and licence records are stored on our servers. Clearing your browser does not erase those records or cancel a licence or renewal.
We keep account and licence records for the contractual relationship and the time needed to honour perpetual licence rights, resolve disputes and evidence the transaction. Enquiries and support records are kept for the time needed to resolve and evidence the matter. Operational and diagnostic records are retained according to their security or troubleshooting purpose and removed when no longer needed.
Financial and accounting records are normally retained for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, and longer where a legal requirement or unresolved matter requires it. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Ask contact@allprogramming.support about closing your account, deleting eligible information or the retention criteria for your records. We may need to keep a limited record where necessary to honour a licence, comply with law or address a dispute.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Some rights have limits, including where a record must be retained by law.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including our use of information for ordinary business correspondence or service security. Contact contact@allprogramming.support to explain your concern so we can consider the request.
Email contact@allprogramming.support to exercise a right. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint; you do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the chance to resolve a concern.
The plugins and account services are intended for adult store owners and business users. We update this notice when the way we use personal information changes.
Checkout choices and product interest
We retain order and billing records, including the support options offered, your selected or declined choice, amounts, currency, policy version and time of acceptance. For evidence and abuse prevention we may also record the requesting IP address and a limited browser identifier. We use this information to fulfil contracts, handle disputes and meet record-keeping obligations. When purchasing opens, the payment provider identified at checkout will process buyer, billing and tax information under its disclosed privacy terms. Interest registrations record your chosen product, platform, any plan preference and availability-contact request; they are not general newsletter consent. We retain enquiry and transaction data only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
