What each plan includes

Standard plugin plans cover one plugin in one platform edition on one live site plus its linked staging site, with the same features. Monthly is term use for each month you pay. Yearly is the same term use paid in advance at ten months' price. A perpetual licence is yours to keep and includes 12 months of support and access to updates from the date of purchase. All Socials is subscription-only; All Transfer is priced per migration project.

Choose the edition that matches your website and check its published package. A licence covers the selected edition; it does not automatically include both platform packages.

Support after the first year

When the 12 months included with a perpetual licence end, you can extend updates and support for that plugin one year at a time at the support rate shown on its product page. You can buy early, from your account, and the year is added to the end of your current cover. Nothing renews automatically. Extend several licences together and the highest-priced is charged in full, with 20% off each additional one.

For example, All POS costs £29 a month, £290 a year or £799 as a perpetual licence at the standard price. Launch prices until 31 December 2026: £24 a month, £240 a year, £599 perpetual. After the perpetual licence's first year, support is £14.50 a month or £145 a year. Subscriptions already include support for as long as they run.

Without extending

You keep your perpetual licence and may continue using every version you were entitled to while covered. Access to new releases and support ends when your included or extended cover ends. A subscription that lapses ends your term use; the plugin stays installed but is no longer licensed.

A perpetual licence does not guarantee that an unchanged release will remain compatible with future versions of your platform, marketplace APIs, payment services or equipment. Active updates are especially valuable where those external services change.

What is separate

• Marketplace seller charges, fulfilment costs and advertising fees.
• Payment processing fees, provider subscriptions and hardware.
• Your store platform, hosting and any other plugins required by an integration.
• Custom development, installation and bespoke integration work unless separately agreed.

Several sites or several plugins

Each live website needs its own licence; its paired staging or development copy is included. Independent stores, including separate stores in a multisite or subdirectory setup, count separately. Transfer a licence by removing the old live website before adding its replacement.
