What it does

In plain words.

Turn product data into clear price, barcode, sale and ingredient labels. Choose your paper and sheet layouts, organise display quantities by location and work through a reprint queue when details change, keeping printed information closer to what your shop shows.

Who it is for

A good fit for your shop?

  • Retailers updating shelf prices and sale tickets from shop data
  • Stores labelling products with sizes, colours or other variations
  • Teams maintaining ingredient labels and display quantities across shop areas

What you get

Keep printed details up to date

Layouts for your paper and sheets

Set paper sizes, label rows and columns, margins and gaps. Preview your sheet and choose a starting position when some labels have already been used.

Labels from your product data

Use product names, prices, SKU, images, categories, attributes and specifications in HTML/CSS templates. Set useful defaults and per-product overrides.

Print the specific variation

Find individual variations by their attributes, name, SKU or barcode. Printed names include variation values, while ambiguous scan codes are flagged for a clear choice.

Find the labels a price change affects

Compare mapped labels with their last printed state. Queue changes to prices, sale status, display quantities and label content, then mark completed jobs as printed.

Sale and ingredient labels

Choose sale templates when an active sale price applies. Use ingredient specifications in labels, including an ingredient-and-price layout with text sizing that adjusts to the content.

Organise the printing work

Manage quantities by display location, grouped labels, queue statuses and print history. Import and export product or group mappings through CSV.

In practice

Finish the price change at the shelf

Changing a price online is only part of the job for a physical shop. All Labels remembers the last printed state of each mapped label and surfaces relevant changes. Location filters, quantities and queue statuses help staff work through the affected shelf labels and record what is done.

In practice

Names, prices and ingredients in your layout

Bring names, variation details, prices, images, ingredients and barcodes into your chosen layout. Use Code 128, QR, EAN or UPC barcode options, and keep normal and sale templates ready. Product overrides let you adjust individual labels without rewriting the underlying catalogue information.

How it works

Start with one useful test.

  1. Set up your label layouts

Choose paper, sheet and template settings, then map products or groups and their display quantities.

  2. Pick products or review changes

Search or scan for a manual print, or select jobs from the changed-label queue by location and status.

  3. Preview, print and record

Check the sheet, print through your browser and mark queued items as printed. Their recorded printed details become the reference for the next change.

Requirements.

These details describe the Botble edition. Check the platform, services and equipment your shop uses.

  • Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. Choose the edition for your store and check its requirements below.
  • The Botble edition requires Botble CMS 7.3.0 or later with Ecommerce active.
  • Printing uses your browser's print dialog and a printer suitable for your chosen sheets.
  • Custom template editing uses HTML and CSS; ingredient labels need ingredient data in product specifications.

Requirements

Native WooCommerce edition.

  • Plugin header minimum: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and WooCommerce 9.0+.
  • Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
  • PHP DOM and Mbstring are required. Label data uses InnoDB tables.
  • A suitable printer and browser print dialog are required for paper output. Custom templates use HTML/CSS; ingredient output needs product ingredient data.

Getting started

  1. Choose your paper size, sheet layout and template, then map a real product or exact variation.
  2. Scan or find a product, choose quantity and an unused starting position, and review the temporary print preview.
  3. Print one trial sheet and check alignment before a batch. Mark labels printed only after checking the actual result.

Perpetual licences include 12 months of updates and support. After that, extend them a year at a time for £40 a year, whenever you like, even before the current year ends. Monthly and yearly plans always include updates and support.

  • Monthly is term use: the plugin, its updates and support for each month you pay for.
  • Yearly is the same term use paid in advance, at ten months' price for twelve months.
  • A perpetual licence is yours to keep. It includes 12 months of updates and support; afterwards you can carry on using every version you were entitled to, and extend updates and support a year at a time at the support rate (half the standard yearly price) whenever you want them.
  • One licence covers one live site and its linked staging site. Another live site needs another licence.
  • Buy more than one perpetual licence in the same checkout and the highest-priced plugin is charged in full, with 20% off each additional distinct plugin, worked out on the prices shown (launch prices while the offer runs).
  • Extend support for several perpetual licences together and the highest-priced extension is charged in full, with 20% off each additional one. Extending early adds a year to the end of your current cover; nothing renews automatically.
  • Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax and the support stated for your plan. GBP is the reference currency. Marketplace accounts, hosting, hardware and external API fees are separate. We add no payment processing surcharge.

Questions

Useful details before you choose.

The workflow, its limits and what is separate.

Still need a hand?
Does it print directly to a label printer?

The plugin prepares a print preview and opens your browser's print dialog. Use a printer and paper settings that suit your layout, and check a sample before printing a full batch.

How does the reprint queue know a label has changed?

Mapped labels are compared with their last recorded printed state. Changes to price, sale status, quantity or label content can bring them back into the queue. Mark jobs as printed after completing them.

Can I print a label for a specific product variation?

Yes. Search recognises variation attributes and the label name includes the variation details. Variable parent products are excluded from printing, and shared scan codes are checked for ambiguity.
