What it does

In plain words.

Build workflows that react to store events or run on a schedule, with typed conditions, staff tasks, approvals and waits. Test a draft without side effects, publish a fixed revision and find every run in its history. Connect your own PrintNode, SMTP and HTTPS accounts for print, email and web requests.

Who it is for

A good fit for your shop?

  • Shops turning paid orders into picking sheets and staff tasks
  • Teams that want approvals on high-value orders
  • Businesses connecting store events to their own print, email or web services
What you get

From store event to reviewed action

Start from a template

Twelve templates cover paid orders to picking sheets, collection tasks, high-value approvals, low stock, receipt labels, return finance tasks and more. Templates that depend on another product stay disabled until it is installed.

Typed fields and clear conditions

Declare event fields with types such as money, quantity, timestamp and list. Group conditions as all or any, and send missing data down its own review path.

Branches, tasks, approvals and waits

Arrange steps with true, false and unavailable branches. Add staff tasks, role-based approvals, timers and waits for a matching event.

Test before you publish

Check a draft against typed sample values without sending requests or creating tasks. Publishing saves a fixed revision, and runs already waiting keep the revision that started them.

Daily schedules that handle clock changes

Schedule a published workflow at a local time in your timezone and preview the next five runs. Skipped and repeated clock times follow the rule you choose, and missed runs catch up once.

Your own print, email and HTTPS connections

Save PrintNode, SMTP or HTTPS credentials privately and verify each connection before use. Acceptance by a provider is recorded separately from physical printing or delivery to the recipient.

In practice

Paid order to picking sheet

When payment is confirmed, the template checks the delivery method. Collection orders create a staff task, delivery orders produce a picking sheet PDF that can print to an approved printer, and missing data creates a review task. The sheet reminds staff to check the current order before fulfilment.

In practice

An approval that waits for the right person

A high-value order above your threshold pauses for an Administrator approval that expires after 24 hours. The decision records who approved, why and against which revision. Edits made to the workflow after the run started do not change what that approver reviewed.

How it works

Start with one useful test.

  1. Choose a trigger

Start from a template or a blank draft, declare the event fields and set the store scope.

  2. Build and test

Add conditions, branches, tasks and approvals, then test the draft with sample values.

  3. Publish and monitor

Publish the revision, work through staff tasks and approvals, and find completed runs in the history.

Before you buy

Requirements.

These details describe the Botble edition. Check the platform, services and equipment your shop uses.

  • Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. These requirements describe Botble; WooCommerce requirements are listed separately below.
  • The Botble edition requires Botble CMS 7.6.0 or later with Ecommerce active, plus All Operations Core, which is included in the download and installed first.
  • Provider steps need your own PrintNode account and client, SMTP account or HTTPS service. Server delivery stays off until an administrator configures and enables the connection.
  • Configure the Laravel scheduler and a dedicated staff worker account for timers, schedules and unattended runs.

  • Package requirements: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and active WooCommerce.
  • Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
  • Requires the All Operations Core WooCommerce edition, installed and activated first.

  • Use transactional InnoDB storage and working WordPress cron for timers, schedules and unattended runs.

Getting started

  1. Create a workflow from a local template, such as Collection order to staff task.
  2. Test it with sample values, publish the revision and trigger a test event.
  3. Verify any provider connection with a test account before adding provider steps to live workflows.

Perpetual licences include 12 months of updates and support. After that, extend them a year at a time for £120 a year, whenever you like, even before the current year ends. Monthly and yearly plans always include updates and support.

  • Monthly is term use: the plugin, its updates and support for each month you pay for.
  • Yearly is the same term use paid in advance, at ten months' price for twelve months.
  • A perpetual licence is yours to keep. It includes 12 months of updates and support; afterwards you can carry on using every version you were entitled to, and extend updates and support a year at a time at the support rate (half the standard yearly price) whenever you want them.
  • One licence covers one live site and its linked staging site. Another live site needs another licence.
  • Buy more than one perpetual licence in the same checkout and the highest-priced plugin is charged in full, with 20% off each additional distinct plugin, worked out on the prices shown (launch prices while the offer runs).
  • Extend support for several perpetual licences together and the highest-priced extension is charged in full, with 20% off each additional one. Extending early adds a year to the end of your current cover; nothing renews automatically.
  • Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax and the support stated for your plan. GBP is the reference currency. Marketplace accounts, hosting, hardware and external API fees are separate. We add no payment processing surcharge.

Questions

Useful details before you choose.

The workflow, its limits and what is separate.

Still need a hand?
Can a workflow change orders, stock or money on its own?

Only through supported actions in installed operations products, such as a purchase-order draft or a refund request, and each needs its own approval of the exact inputs in that run. Workflows never sends money.

How do I know a document was printed?

PrintNode acceptance means the request reached your account, and client-reported completion means it reached the computer's print queue. Check the paper at the printer. A reprint needs its own review.

What happens if an event arrives twice?

A repeated event reference does not start a second run, and business actions are checked for duplicates. If a provider result is uncertain, the step waits for review rather than sending again.

How long is run history kept?

Full run detail is kept for 30 days and summaries for 12 months. Event and business keys continue to block duplicate work after the detail expires.
