From draft to schedule, account by account

Choose every account on purpose

A new draft selects no accounts. Each selected account gets its own approved version and schedule, and connecting another account never changes an approved plan.

Approve the exact version

Approval covers the saved caption, image and account selection. Editing any of them needs a fresh approval, and earlier revisions stay readable.

Products and offers that stay accurate

Attach store products and variations with their current price and availability, or an existing coupon or promotion with its dates and conditions. If a fact changes before dispatch, that account's post is held for review.

A private image library

Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP images up to 10 MiB with a description and permission confirmation. Crop, resize or add approved text to create renditions while the original stays private.

Campaigns and a calendar

Group approved posts into campaigns, plan a finite run of weekly slots in your timezone and review everything in a filtered calendar. Download publication receipts as CSV.

Daily allowances and duplicate warnings

Set how many new posts each account can schedule per day and get a warning before reposting identical content. Paused, cancelled and uncertain posts keep their history.

Three accounts, three separate publications

A spring offer is approved for a Facebook Page, an Instagram account and X. Each account has its own approved version, schedule and receipt. If one account needs reconnecting, the others carry on, and a confirmed post is never sent again.

An attached promotion keeps its exact period, eligibility and exclusions. A scheduled post stops at the offer's verified end time, and each post has a 60-minute publication window by default. Checkout still decides the price a customer actually pays.

  1. Declare and connect accounts

    Add the accounts you post to, then save your registered app and authorise each account.

  2. Create and approve

    Write the caption, add images, products or an offer, preview each account and approve the exact revision.

  3. Schedule and review

    Schedule the approved accounts, group posts into campaigns and check the calendar and receipts.

  • Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. These requirements describe Botble; WooCommerce requirements are listed separately below.
  • The Botble edition requires Botble CMS 7.6.0 or later with Ecommerce active, plus All Operations Core, which is included in the download and installed first.
  • Live publication to provider accounts is switched off by default. Connect your own authorised accounts, review the delivery settings and enable publication when ready.
  • Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and X each need your own registered app, permissions and account authorisation. Provider API charges and access rules are separate.
  • Run the publication worker from your server scheduler with a dedicated staff worker account.

Requirements

Native WooCommerce edition.

  • Package requirements: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and active WooCommerce.
  • Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
  • Requires the All Operations Core WooCommerce edition, installed and activated first.
  • Your own registered apps and an authorised Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or X account are required. Live publication is off by default; provider API charges and access rules are separate.
  • Use transactional InnoDB storage and working WordPress cron for scheduled delivery.

Getting started

  1. Declare a test account and create a post with a caption and one approved image rendition.
  2. Preview each selected account, approve the revision and schedule it.
  3. Use the in-house test connection to check delivery states before enabling live publication for your own accounts.

  • A perpetual licence is yours to keep. It includes 12 months of updates and support; afterwards you can carry on using every version you were entitled to, and extend updates and support a year at a time at the support rate (half the standard yearly price) whenever you want them.
  • One licence covers one live site and its linked staging site. Another live site needs another licence.
  • Buy more than one perpetual licence in the same checkout and the highest-priced plugin is charged in full, with 20% off each additional distinct plugin, worked out on the prices shown (launch prices while the offer runs).

How do I enable social publication?

Not by default. Live publication stays switched off until it is enabled and checked with your own accounts. An in-house test connection exercises the delivery steps without creating external posts.

What happens if a price changes after approval?

Products attached to a post save their public price, source revision and availability. If any of these change before dispatch, that account's post is held for review and a new approval.

Can I edit or delete a post after it is published?

No remote edits or deletions are made. Unpublished posts can be paused or cancelled, and published posts keep their receipt.

Which networks are supported?

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and X. Instagram image posts need one approved image rendition.
