What it does

In plain words.

It is free and ships inside the download of every operations product.

What you get

One foundation for the operations range

Staff roles to start from

Choose from nine role templates, including Buyer, Receiver, Customer service, Finance and Viewer. Review the suggested permissions in Botble, then save the role and assign staff separately.

One overview of work needing attention

See pending events, the oldest waiting item, paused connections and records that need review across the installed operations products. Process a bounded batch of local events with your current permissions.

A history of who changed what

Each action keeps the responsible staff account, record version, reason and changed values. Saved history cannot be edited from the admin screens, and private exports follow each product's export permission.

Permissions checked when it matters

Every action checks the staff member's current permissions when it runs, not when the page was opened. Sensitive actions ask staff to confirm their password first.

Stock movements with a reason

Products that change stock record a signed movement with its source, reason, unit and any reversal. Repeated requests are recognised, so the same movement is not applied twice.

Your business calendar

Set the business timezone once. Expiry reviews, return windows, trade price dates and daily demand follow it, including days when the clocks change.

In practice

Keep buying and approving in different hands

A Buyer can prepare purchase orders and see supplier costs, while purchase approval stays with someone else. A Receiver works with deliveries, returns and lots without finance access. Templates give you that starting point; you review and save each role in Botble.

In practice

Bring events in from your own systems

Create a local connection with its own secret and list the event types it may send. Accepted events wait in the overview queue for your reviewed workflows. Rotating the secret replaces it straight away, and disconnecting erases it while keeping the events already accepted.

How it works

Start with one useful test.

  1. Install Core first

Activate All Operations Core on a copy of your Botble shop, then add the operations products you plan to use.

  2. Set up staff access

Start from a role template, review the permissions for the installed products and assign staff in Botble.

  3. Review the overview

Check pending events, paused connections and records needing attention before processing local work.

Before you install

Requirements.

These details describe the Botble edition. Check the platform, services and equipment your shop uses.

  • Included with every operations product: install the matching platform edition of All Operations Core before the operations products that depend on it.
  • The Botble edition requires Botble CMS 7.6.0 or later with Ecommerce active. It was developed against Botble 7.6.12 and Ecommerce 3.11.10.
  • Configure the Laravel scheduler and a dedicated staff worker account for unattended background work.
  • Keep Core active while any operations product is installed. Deactivating a product keeps its records and does not reverse stock.

WooCommerce edition · coming soon

Requirements

Native WooCommerce edition. All Operations Core is included with the operations products.

  • Package requirements: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and active WooCommerce.
  • Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
  • Use transactional InnoDB storage and working WordPress cron for background work.
  • Install Core before the WooCommerce edition of any operations product and keep it active while they depend on it.

Getting started

  1. Install the WooCommerce edition of Core on a copy of the shop and confirm the operations overview opens for an administrator.
  2. Review the staff role templates, save the roles you need and assign test staff.
  3. Add one operations product, complete a test action and check its history and permissions before adding the next.
Questions

Useful details before you install.

The workflow, its limits and what is separate.

Still need a hand?
Do I need to buy All Operations Core separately?

No. All Operations Core is free and ships inside the download of every operations product. There is no separate licence or checkout. Install and activate it once on each site, before the first product.

Does Core do anything on its own?

It adds the operations overview, staff role templates and the shared records the products use. The day-to-day work happens in the products you install alongside it.

What happens if I deactivate a product?

Its records and history are kept. Deactivation does not reverse stock movements; use the reviewed correction tasks in the relevant product. Keep Core active while any product depends on it.

Does Core send support data anywhere?

No. It keeps a short, size-limited diagnostic log on your own site for troubleshooting. Message bodies, customer details, passwords, tokens and keys are excluded, and nothing is shared unless you export it.
