Native rehearsals copy Botble records into an isolated test target and check every mapped field.

From analysis to a validated rehearsal
Mappings you accept
Map each source field to its target with copy, upper case, lower case or trim conversions. Accepted mappings are fixed revisions, and changing one invalidates the earlier sample.
Sample, then rehearse
Convert a 20-record sample in dependency order, then rehearse up to 1,000 records with checkpoints. A repeated run applies nothing twice.
Validation you can check
Compare record counts, variation parents and exact order totals by currency. Conflicts with newer destination data are kept and flagged, and the report carries a SHA-256 checksum.
Native rehearsals in an isolated target
Read Botble records into an encrypted extraction, review target compatibility and import batches into a configured isolated Botble or WooCommerce staging target. The current shop can never be the destination.
Safe cancellation and change review
Cancel a rehearsal job and roll back only rows that still match its recorded writes. Compare two complete extractions to see additions, changes and deletions since the first read.
A sample before the full run
Accept the mapping, convert twenty records in dependency order and inspect them before rehearsing the rest. Each record gets a fixed target ID and checkpoint, so a repeated run applies zero changes. A conflict with newer destination data is kept for review rather than overwritten.
Proof that the numbers match
Validation compares record counts, variation parents and order totals in each currency to six decimal places. Native verification checks exact mapped field values in the isolated target, and a passing result covers only that declared extraction.

- Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. These requirements describe Botble; WooCommerce requirements are listed separately below.
- The Botble edition requires Botble CMS 7.6.0 or later with Ecommerce active, plus All Operations Core, which is included in the download and installed first.
- This edition rehearses transfers in an isolated target. It does not write to a live store, take payment for a migration, switch licences or move trading to the new platform.
- Native rehearsals need an isolated target database and a profile configured by your administrator. WooCommerce staging targets use the included staging companion plugin.
- Passwords, credentials and saved payment details are never transferred; customers and integrations reconnect or reset after a move.

Still need a hand?Will this move my store?
It analyses, maps and rehearses a move, then validates the result in an isolated target. Live transfer, final catch-up at switchover and licence switching are not included.
What happens to historical orders moving to Square?
They are kept as archived history rather than recreated as backdated Square transactions, because Square does not let past order dates be set.
Does it copy product images?
Image records are carried as supplied references. Copying image files to the destination is not included.
Can I rehearse WooCommerce to Botble?
The planning tools accept supplied WooCommerce records for analysis, mapping, sampling and rehearsal. Native rehearsals read a Botble source.
