Costs that keep their date
Record product costs with an effective date, source and quality. Later costs never rewrite a saved sale, and a missing cost stays unknown instead of becoming zero.
Track dated costs and order contribution, reconcile payouts with bank evidence and compare sales with read-only Xero invoices.
Work out the contribution of each store order from dated product costs, payment fees, shipping and packaging, with missing costs kept visible rather than treated as zero. Reconcile provider payouts with bank evidence and compare sales with invoices from your own Xero organisation in read-only mode. No accounting entries are posted.
Record product costs with an effective date, source and quality. Later costs never rewrite a saved sale, and a missing cost stays unknown instead of becoming zero.
Read a completed store order and add verified payment, shipping and packaging costs. Contribution shows as actual, estimated or missing, with shared overhead labelled as an estimate.
Choose moving weighted average, identified batch or reviewed unit cost, with dated method changes. Approved component recipes cost kits and weighed items from your cost records.
Import a reviewed Square payout file or enter a component statement. Receipts, refunds, fees, holds and the observed bank amount stay separate until a finance reviewer records the conclusion.
Connect your own Xero app and organisation to read invoices, bills and payments. Match invoices to sales by their original identity and keep every decision with its evidence.
Correct a missing or wrong historical cost, or record restocked units, with approval from a different finance user. The original sale is preserved and the change appears as a dated period adjustment.
A weekly payout combines sales, a refund and processing fees. All Profit keeps each component, compares the provider's declared payout with the bank observation and records any explained difference. The deposit never adds revenue, and fees are not deducted twice.
When a supplier raises a price, new receipts use the new cost while earlier sales keep the cost they were valued at. If an original cost was missing, a reviewed correction adds a dated adjustment approved by a second finance user and leaves the original sale intact.

Still need a hand? No. It reads invoices, bills, payments and settings for comparison. You record which existing integrations own sales, refunds, fees and costs, and nothing is posted.
Complete contribution needs every required cost. If a product cost or fee is missing, the order stays incomplete and is left out of the actual total. Enter zero only when the source confirms zero.
Reports use one currency at a time. Each cost, order and settlement keeps its own currency, and no exchange rate is applied without a tested rate policy.
