What it does

In plain words.

Create new eBay offers or bring in existing listings and link them to shop products. Keep stock, bundles and orders aligned, review channel prices, and optionally upgrade an imported listing to your configured shop template after approving a preview. Connect your seller account through All Programming’s shared application.

What you get

From stock recipe to eBay order

New and existing eBay listings

Publish products, variations and eBay-only bundles, or import active listings without republishing them. Link shop products and quantities while management remains paused. Preview an optional shop-template upgrade before approving a description change.

One stock recipe for each offer

Build kits and multipacks from one or several store products. Set the quantity each sale uses, then calculate eBay availability from the stock you hold.

See the margin behind the price

Estimate profit after product costs, marketplace fees, advertising assumptions, delivery and packaging. Compare orders of one to four items and calculate a price for your target return.

Stock that follows your store

Send stock changes to eBay and use scheduled reconciliation to correct drift. Choose maximum availability or protected allocation for listings sharing the same stock components.

Fulfil eBay orders from your store

Import eBay orders and updates, including cancellations and refunds. Send dispatch and tracking details from your store so staff can work through one familiar order process.

Multibuy discounts with costs in view

Calculate quantity discounts against your costs and fulfilment plan, or edit the discount ladder yourself. Bulk listing actions and a health dashboard keep daily work visible.

In practice

Sell a kit without inventing a second stock figure

A three-piece kit can consume two units of one product and one of another. The recipe drives its available quantity, component cost and stock deduction. You can offer the same components individually while choosing how tightly to allocate stock across the related eBay variations.

In practice

Delivery belongs in the pricing decision

One item and four items may need different packaging and delivery services. Save parcel services, size and weight limits, and box costs, then plan each order quantity separately. Those choices feed the profit estimate and help you judge whether a multibuy discount still makes sense.

How it works

Start with one useful test.

  1. Connect your account

Activate your All eBay licence, choose Connect to eBay and authorise your seller account on eBay. All Programming supplies the shared developer application. Choose your marketplace, business policies and listing defaults.

  2. Build the offer

Create a product or bundle offer, or import an existing listing and link its products and units per sale. Review content, images, parcel costs and estimated profit. A shop-template upgrade is optional and requires a fresh preview and explicit approval.

  3. Publish and manage

Publish to eBay, bring orders into your store and keep stock and dispatch details moving through the connected workflow.

Requirements.

These details describe the Botble edition. Check the platform, services and equipment your shop uses.

  • Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. Choose the edition for your store and check its requirements below.
  • The Botble edition requires Ecommerce and a supported Botble installation. PHP 8.2 or later is recommended for this release; check compatibility with your installed CMS and extensions.
  • An eBay seller account and an activated All eBay licence are required. The publisher supplies the shared developer application; your own developer keys are not needed. HTTPS and access to allprogramming.co.uk are required for shared authorisation and protected pricing.
  • Configure the background jobs required by your edition; the Botble package uses a queue worker and Laravel scheduler.
  • Marketplace charges and any paid advertising are separate from the plugin licence.

WooCommerce edition · available

Requirements

Native WooCommerce edition, current release 2.3.2.

  • Plugin header minimum: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and WooCommerce 9.0+.
  • Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
  • Authorise your own eBay seller through the publisher’s shared application, then configure marketplace, inventory location and business policies. Developer keys are not required. Sandbox and production stay separate.
  • Use transactional InnoDB storage and working WordPress cron. Measured recipes need All Weighted Products; ordinary recipes use whole native items. Marketplace and advertising charges are separate.

Getting started

  1. Activate your licence, connect the intended eBay seller account and review marketplace, policies and listing defaults. An existing connection made with your own developer application must reconnect.
  2. Prepare one local draft with its content, images, component recipe, parcel and price assumptions. Review availability and estimated margin.
  3. Test the intended publish/order/stock/dispatch workflow with the authorised environment before scheduling wider reconciliation. No account approval or live-provider result is supplied by the plugin.

Perpetual licences include 12 months of updates and support. After that, extend them a year at a time for £145 a year, whenever you like, even before the current year ends. Monthly and yearly plans always include updates and support.

  • Monthly is term use: the plugin, its updates and support for each month you pay for.
  • Yearly is the same term use paid in advance, at ten months' price for twelve months.
  • A perpetual licence is yours to keep. It includes 12 months of updates and support; afterwards you can carry on using every version you were entitled to, and extend updates and support a year at a time at the support rate (half the standard yearly price) whenever you want them.
  • One licence covers one live site and its linked staging site. Another live site needs another licence.
  • Buy more than one perpetual licence in the same checkout and the highest-priced plugin is charged in full, with 20% off each additional distinct plugin, worked out on the prices shown (launch prices while the offer runs).
  • Extend support for several perpetual licences together and the highest-priced extension is charged in full, with 20% off each additional one. Extending early adds a year to the end of your current cover; nothing renews automatically.
  • Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax and the support stated for your plan. GBP is the reference currency. Marketplace accounts, hosting, hardware and external API fees are separate. We add no payment processing surcharge.

Questions

Useful details before you choose.

The workflow, its limits and what is separate.

Still need a hand?
Will eBay prices change my website prices?

You can set listing-specific and variation-specific eBay prices. The eBay pricing workflow keeps those channel prices separate from your store's product prices.

Can a bundle share stock with individual products?

Yes. A recipe records which products and quantities a bundle consumes. Sales deduct those components and recalculate the linked eBay availability; protected allocation can cap the combined reservation.

Is the profit figure guaranteed?

It is an estimate based on the displayed costs, fee rules and assumptions. Buyer tax and location, advertising attribution, grouped orders and later marketplace adjustments can change the final result.

Keep the listing. Choose its next design.

Importing and linking an existing listing preserves its listing number and current description. Management starts paused so you can review product links and quantities first.

The template upgrade is optional: compare the current description with your configured shop design, then explicitly approve it. A changed listing or template requires a new preview. The previous description stays in your shop for review.

Application credentials stay in the publisher’s protected service. Your shop keeps its seller connection encrypted. Hosted pricing uses licence and installation identifiers with numeric calculation inputs. Read the connection and data-handling details.
