Map customers to the Square directory, send store refunds to Square and reflect Square refunds in your store's payment records.
Let customers see phone-linked Square Loyalty balances and rewards in their store account. Allow enrolment and award eligible order points, with automatic retries for failed accrual requests.
In two-way mode, store orders send stock adjustments to Square, while Square inventory counts come back to the store. The plugin distinguishes sales and returns from manual stock counts and avoids sending an incoming Square change straight back again. Choose the mode that matches how your team manages stock.
Customers can see their phone-linked Square Loyalty balance in an account Rewards page or a balance widget. Eligible orders can earn points, including guest orders matched by phone number. Imported Square orders are skipped to avoid awarding points again. An active Square Loyalty programme is required.

You choose. The default treats your store as the stock master. Two-way mode also brings Square counts back and sends store sales and restocks as adjustments rather than replacing stock with a count.
Cards and Square gift cards are supported alongside eligible Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or Clearpay, Cash App Pay and ACH. Availability depends on country, currency, Square account and device; ACH and Cash App Pay are USD-specific in this release.
