What it does

In plain words.

Prepare Amazon offers from your store catalogue, bring orders back and send dispatch details. Review Amazon fee estimates, build fixed packs and bundles, and check changes to shared ASIN pages against the version you approved.

Who it is for

A good fit for your shop?

  • Retailers adding merchant-fulfilled Amazon sales to their store
  • Own-brand businesses creating new Amazon product pages
  • Sellers concerned about changes to shared ASIN pages

What you get

More control over your Amazon offers

Join an ASIN or create a product

Attach an offer to an existing Amazon product or create a new product using Amazon's product-type fields. Check eligibility and validate with Amazon before publishing.

Packs and component bundles

Give variations their own SKUs and define the store products consumed by each sale. Packs and bundles take their availability from those component quantities.

Price with Amazon fee estimates

Combine Amazon's fee estimates with your product costs, delivery, packaging and settings. Compare competing offers and the Buy Box while calculating a target selling price.

Orders and dispatch together

Import Amazon orders into your store and send courier and tracking details back. Split parcels and correct tracking details without rebuilding the order.

Shared stock with a reserve

Send store stock changes to Amazon, hold back units for other channels and recheck quantities on a schedule. FBA order imports support reporting without deducting your own stock.

Spot changes to shared ASIN pages

Check Amazon pages against the version you approved. Flag changes to packs, brands, images and other details, with optional offer pausing while you review the difference.

In practice

When a single item becomes a ten-pack

A page that changes from a single item to a ten-pack can make an unchanged price dangerously misleading. The change watch checks against an approved baseline and can hold the offer at zero stock. The review shows the approved and current values so a person can check the pack, price and recipe before restoring availability.

In practice

Dispatch once, update Amazon

Imported merchant-fulfilled orders use your store's products and reduce the component stock behind the offer. Dispatch can follow your normal shipment workflow or the plugin's order screen, with courier, tracking and split-parcel details sent to Amazon. Health checks show jobs and orders that need attention.

How it works

Start with one useful test.

  1. Connect Seller Central

Activate your All Amazon licence, choose Connect Amazon and authorise your own seller account in Amazon. All Programming manages the shared application; you do not need developer credentials.

  2. Prepare and check

Import existing Amazon offers and link their seller SKUs to shop products, or prepare a new offer. Review the stock recipe, validation and estimated profit before enabling management.

  3. Manage the channel

Publish the offer, process imported orders and dispatch, and review the changes flagged by the scheduled product-page watch.

Requirements.

These details describe the Botble edition. Check the platform, services and equipment your shop uses.

  • Botble and WooCommerce use separate native packages. Choose the edition for your store and check its requirements below.
  • The Botble edition requires Botble 7 and PHP 8.1 or later, with Ecommerce active.
  • An eligible Amazon Professional selling account, an All Amazon licence and an internet connection to the hosted service are required. Authorise your own seller account through Connect Amazon.
  • Buyer names and full delivery addresses are unavailable while our restricted-role application is pending. Use Seller Central for those details and shipping labels. Normal order sync retries access automatically; Amazon may require seller reauthorisation after approval.
  • Configure scheduled background jobs; Amazon selling, fulfilment and advertising charges remain separate.

WooCommerce edition

Requirements

Native WooCommerce edition.

  • Plugin header minimum: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+ and WooCommerce 11.2+.
  • Use WordPress and PHP versions that meet the requirements of both this plugin and your installed WooCommerce version.
  • PHP mysqli, OpenSSL, Mbstring, JSON, Sodium and ZIP, transactional InnoDB storage and HTTPS in production.
  • An eligible Amazon Professional selling account and an All Amazon licence are required. Connect Amazon authorises our shared application for your account and marketplaces. Measured recipes need All Weighted Products.
  • Use working WordPress cron for enabled schedules. Amazon selling, fulfilment and advertising charges remain separate. Full buyer names and delivery addresses depend on restricted-role approval and seller consent.

Getting started

  1. Activate your licence and use Connect Amazon to authorise your seller account. Start in Test mode to prepare local drafts without Amazon traffic; choose your region and marketplaces before enabling live schedules.
  2. Choose an ASIN/offer or new-product type, complete attributes and an explicit stock recipe, then review restrictions, pricing and parcel details.
  3. Enable only the schedules you need after testing connection, imports and fulfilment. Review shortages and uncertain tasks before retrying; local cancellation does not cancel an Amazon order.

Seller access and delivery details

Buyer names and full delivery addresses are unavailable while our restricted-role application is pending. Use Seller Central for those details and shipping labels. Normal order sync retries access automatically; Amazon may require seller reauthorisation after approval.

Monthly, yearly and perpetual licences all require a successful online licence check. Hosted processing passes commerce requests through to Amazon; it does not retain order or customer payloads. Your shop stores imported records under its own retention controls.

Our public Amazon application is currently unlisted, with an initial limit of 25 seller authorisations. Amazon Appstore listing and restricted-data approval are separate reviews; neither approval is claimed here.

Perpetual licences include 12 months of updates and support. After that, extend them a year at a time for £145 a year, whenever you like, even before the current year ends. Monthly and yearly plans always include updates and support.

  • Monthly is term use: the plugin, its updates and support for each month you pay for.
  • Yearly is the same term use paid in advance, at ten months' price for twelve months.
  • A perpetual licence is yours to keep. It includes 12 months of updates and support; afterwards you can carry on using every version you were entitled to, and extend updates and support a year at a time at the support rate (half the standard yearly price) whenever you want them.
  • One licence covers one live site and its linked staging site. Another live site needs another licence.
  • Buy more than one perpetual licence in the same checkout and the highest-priced plugin is charged in full, with 20% off each additional distinct plugin, worked out on the prices shown (launch prices while the offer runs).
  • Extend support for several perpetual licences together and the highest-priced extension is charged in full, with 20% off each additional one. Extending early adds a year to the end of your current cover; nothing renews automatically.
  • Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax and the support stated for your plan. GBP is the reference currency. Marketplace accounts, hosting, hardware and external API fees are separate. We add no payment processing surcharge.

Questions

Useful details before you choose.

The workflow, its limits and what is separate.

Still need a hand?
Do I need to create new Amazon product pages?

No. You can attach an offer to an existing ASIN, check the product and selling eligibility, or create a new product when that is the appropriate route for your items.

What happens when Amazon changes a product page?

The scheduled watch records differences against your approved version. Depending on your settings, it flags the change or pauses the offer by setting its quantity to zero. You can approve it, keep it paused or stop selling.

Can I import FBA orders?

Yes, FBA orders can be imported as completed orders for reporting. They do not reduce your store's stock because Amazon fulfils them. This does not provide full FBA warehouse-stock management.
