Troubleshooting

Find the cause.
Keep the next step clear.

Start with what you expected, what actually happened and the exact message shown. A focused example is easier to diagnose than several settings changed at once.

Three checks before changing the setup

Use these checks on a copy of the store where possible.

Confirm the release and permissions

Match the plugin edition to the platform and check that database updates and published assets are current. Confirm the staff account has permission for the action.

Check the connection and background work

Look at connection status, credentials, scheduler, queue and recent logs. Some work happens after the page is closed; a button alone does not prove scheduled jobs are running.

Repeat one small example

Use one product, order, message or print job. Record the steps and error reference. If a payment is involved, confirm its provider state before repeating it.

Choose the symptom

Each plugin exposes a different part of the workflow. Use the checks that match the problem.

Listings will not publish

Check account authorisation, seller eligibility, business policies, required fields, images and SKUs. For Amazon, read its validation issues; for eBay, review the listing error and Health page.

Stock or orders appear out of date

Check the selected sync direction, product mappings and background jobs. Look at recent sync errors before changing stock by hand. All Amazon and All eBay include reconciliation; All Square provides a sync log.

A card payment completed but the order is missing

In All POS, review the recorded Square payment session and reconciliation status. Confirm the scheduler and webhooks are configured. Check the provider payment before trying another charge.

A weighed price or quantity looks wrong

Check the kg, 100 g or gram price basis, minimum and increment, net weight and tare. Compare the accepted order weight with stock movements rather than whole-item quantities.

Points or rewards are unexpected

Check eligible order status, earning rate, redemption caps, reserved points and refund history. Distinguish All Loyalty member points from the separate phone-linked Square Loyalty programme.

Labels do not fit or the queue looks stale

Confirm paper, margins, sheet layout and browser print settings. Check the product-to-template mapping and location. Mark completed jobs as printed so later changes have a correct reference.

Review label setup →

An email is incomplete or not being sent

All Email Templates prepares text to copy; required fields must be complete. All Unsubscribe can suppress website messages by category—check the recipient choice, category and activity log before testing delivery with your email service.

Send enough detail for a useful reply

A support enquiry should identify the setup and the smallest set of steps that reproduces the problem.

  • Plugin name, version and platform edition.
  • Store platform and PHP versions, plus relevant integrations or hardware.
  • The task, expected result, actual result and exact error reference.
  • When it happened and whether it repeats on a copy of the store.
  • Order or purchase reference if the enquiry concerns an existing licence.

Redact API credentials, full licence keys and customer information from screenshots or logs. A diagnostic reference code is usually more useful than an unfiltered data export.
