Allow staff to run shop-floor stock checks from the admin panel.
Look for existing Ecommerce products where the barcode field equals the scanned code.
Fallback to SKU matching when no product barcode matches the scanned code.
Use Add only for deliveries or shelf replenishment, Partial for spot checks, and Full when everything is being counted and non-scanned stock should become missing.
Hide live stock figures and values until Compare is pressed.
When enabled, a full count treats products with live quantity but no scan as missing stock.
Keep a local browser draft while scanning so the count is not lost on refresh.
Also save the draft in the database so it can be recovered if the browser/device crashes.
Before a count updates live stock, the plugin stores the previous live quantities and stock settings. Keep enabled so accepted counts can be rolled back if needed.
Recommended. Backs up every product before applying a count, not only the products counted.
Rows with absolute cost variance at or above this amount are highlighted. Use 0 to disable.
Rows with absolute sale variance at or above this amount are highlighted. Use 0 to disable.
Status assigned when staff create a product from a red unknown barcode row.
Created products should usually have storehouse management enabled so accepted counts update live stock.
Controls the Ecommerce product setting for newly created products from unknown barcode rows.
New products start with zero stock. An authorised acceptance of this count applies the measured quantity.
